Several weeks ago since 888 made a double charge on my mastercard. When I called everything was very nice and they told me that in 10 days the money would be refunded and that if the money was not returned they will send a bank withdrawal with the day the double charge is made. I sent them the statement and not only did they not answer me, but I called back and they told me to send the full transaction number. It turns out that the ARN code has to be given to you by them for making the refund since my bank does not have any code of this type.
