My account was blocked when I requested a withdrawal of $20.. They asked me for a proof of address that they accepted it and extracts of 3 dintintas cards.. I could only send extracts from two of them and the other was a cajamar e-shopping card which I can not ask for the extract since it no longer exists.. From the william hill casino delete all the cards and only leave the current one with which I always deposit and withdraw the money. I hope that they will give an answer and unblock my account and that they will delete from the system the cards whose I have deleted from both the cajamar bank and the william hill casino.. Thank you and I look forward to solucion. (IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY.. IT IS BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT TO DEPOSIT MONEY THEY DO NOT NEED SO MANY REQUIREMENTS BUT TO WITHDRAW EVEN A MINIMUM SUM THEY ASK YOU FOR THINGS THAT NO LONGER EXIST).

Good afternoon. We are not William Hill. Tell them which withdrawal method you want to use and ask them what documents they need to be able to make the withdrawal.
