Yesterday I accessed the platform from mobile to enter money, I entered 50 NZD. Soon I accessed from the computer The password I did not write it right and blocked my account. I made several attempts as directed and they still have me blocked. Thinking it might be due to an expired license, I sent the copy of the new one last night. I'm still locked out and can't get in.

They send me this email that they close my account in 5 days just for having positive earnings.. i started losing about 700 NZD and I recovered again the following month winning 800 and made a profit of 100 NZD in total. And for that reason they have tried to close my account

Citing a clause of the terms and conditions, withdraw the winnings from your account, according to them, for withdrawing without having wagered what was entered. It doesn't matter if you prove with the record that what they say is a lie. The moment you try to withdraw the balance, they invent that the amount entered has not been wagered. In my case, everything has been for asking them to enable the withdrawals, since without alleging anything they had disabled them. After requesting for the third time to activate them, I have encountered the described situation.
