Boasson Hagen has entered the tour team at the last moment instead of Cristian Rodriguez so he does not seem to reach 100%. He will have to work for Sagan and it is likely that he will not even be his last man since I think they will leave that role for Turgis. Degenkolb instead is the second choice for Dainese's DSM who may have problems with the wind and could become the first choice. I see a high probability of fans on the long bridge that will take them to the city where the stage will end due to the direction and strength of the wind given by the forecasts. In that scenario Degenkolb should start as a favorite.
