Mohoric arrives in great shape to this Tour and his presence in dollarpe is assured. He is aggressive, does not save strength and it takes very good organization to hunt him on broken ground. He has given a great level in the tour of Slovenia. He was already sixth last year in the points stands and I hope to see him doing well in this Tour. It is his best year as a professional runner so far and he has prepared this race with a lot of love. Cort Nielsen on the other hand is not at the level he showed at the Vuelta last year. He comes with the tiredness of the giro and has not shown good form in the championships of his country.
Matthews always fights this classification and Van Der Poel has no intention of fighting. Van Der Poel has been very aggressive in the Giro and he can notice that lack of freshness in this Tour being also the first time he does 2 big laps in a year. He will select a few stages and get carried away in the rest while Matthews will try to score points every day, both in intermediate sprints and at the finish. Although adding little by little I think that in the final classification Matthews will end up with more points and it is also more likely that Van Der Poel will leave the race before Matthews.
