Antxon Pascual recommends a forecast for the Tour de France.
After the first four stages of the Tour de France, Tadej Pogacar has proven himself to be the strongest cyclist. He arrived at this edition as the champion of the previous two and continues with the trend of being the dominator. On the pavement stage is where teams like Jumbo or Ineos must try to make time by taking advantage of cyclists like Van Aert or Ganna.
But the Slovenian cyclist knows that he is the strongest and that both in the final time trial and on the mountain in hand-to-hand duels he is far superior. Therefore, his goal is to spend the days, especially the stage of the pavé and the dangers of the fans, for when the high mountain arrives to impose its law. In the last stage laps he has contested he has proven to be the best and barring a setback he is the top favorite to the final triumph in Paris.
For all this, I opt for Tadej Pogacar as Tour de France champion.
